Terms of Sale

The terms of sale apply to all purchases from Rogan Corporation. By placing a purchase with us, you agree to the terms and conditions of sale.
Pricing and Shipping Charges:
Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to applicable taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Delivery:

In most cases they will be shipped within 24 hours from time the order is received during business days (Monday through Friday and excluding holidays). Normal shipment is UPS ground other UPS methods of shipment are available. All shipments are F.O.B Northbrook, Illinois. Freight charges will be added to your order at checkout.

Back Orders:

Any item temporarily out of stock will be back ordered and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of product by Rogan Corporation.

Limited Warranty:

Any product returned to Rogan Corporation and found to be defective in workmanship or material will be replaced or the purchase price refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability:

Rogan Corporation expressly disclaims any liability for consequential and/or incidental damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, lost sales or any other loss as the direct or indirect result of the application and use of our products. Rogan’s liability is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price.

Entire Agreement:

No terms, conditions or warranties other than those stated here, and no agreement or understanding, oral or written in any way purporting to modify these terms and conditions, shall be binding on Rogan Corporation. This agreement extends only to Rogan Corporation customers, and unauthorized extension of this warranty to any third party is the responsibility of the customer.

Choice of Law:

The terms of sale for purchases from Rogan Corporation are governed by and construed in accordance with State of Illinois as applied to contracts made and to be performed in Illinois. Any actions arising out of such purchases must be brought in courts of Illinois. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the court in Illinois and to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by any other manner proved by law.
